What personal information do we collect from individuals who contact us through our website?
You may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address. You may send us customer service-related requests or fill out a 'Contact us' form for us to respond back to you to answer your queries.

How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you to respond to and process your query. We will add your Personal Information as volunteered by you via this website, into our database, and use it in a variety of ways to operate our business such as to identify and notify you of clinical trials and services which may be relevant for you or to process and deliver entries and rewards in connection with promotions that may be offered from time to time on the Site. Please be aware that by submitting your Personal Information via this website, you consent to a member of our team contacting you directly by way of following up with you, including contacting you directly by telephone or other means, including text messages, email and add your Personal Information to our database. We may use your information to contact you for administrative purposes such as customer service or to send communications, including updates on promotions and events, relating to services offered by us and by third parties.

How do we protect your information?
Your personal information is stored on HIPAA compliant Google Suite and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. The security of your Personal Information is important to us, please know that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We use certain physical, managerial, and technical safeguards that are designed to improve the integrity and security of information that we collect and maintain. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot and do not guarantee that information about you will not be accessed, viewed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

Do we use cookies?
We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You can do this through your browser settings. Since each browser is a little different, look at your browser's Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.

Who can we share your information with?
We may provide your information to a third-party service provider (e.g., clinical research sites, research trial sponsors, healthcare providers, etc.), where we deem a clinical trial suitable to your query is ongoing. The third parties are contractually bound to handle your information confidentially and are prohibited from disclosing your information to others as bound by the law.

Any information that you voluntarily choose to include in a publicly accessible area of the Site will be available to anyone who has access to that content, including other users. We work with third-party service providers to provide website, application development, hosting, maintenance, printing, and other services for us. These third parties may have access to or process information about you as part of providing those services for us.

If you attend webinars/guest lectures or get access to any of our services as a visitor/attendee, please be aware that your personal information including but not limited to your name, and Email may be visible to other visitors/attendees. We do not share any of your information with any third party.

We may disclose information about you if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws, in response to a court order, judicial or other government subpoena or warrant, or to otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental agencies.

Do we collect information from your browser when you visit our website?
We do not currently collect information (log data) that your browser sends whenever you visit our site; information including, but not limited to, your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. The law's reach stretches well beyond California to require any person or company in the United States (and conceivably the world) that operates websites collecting Personally Identifiable Information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared. - See More At

Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page or as a minimum, on the first significant page after entering our website.

Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy' and can easily be found on the page specified above.

If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from future communication, You can email us at info@clinboost.com with your name and request to stop future communications and we will promptly remove you from ALL correspondence. We will also delete your PII from our database.

We may update this privacy law from time to time. When we do update it, for your convenience, we will make the updated policy available on this page.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old. Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. Our Site is a general audience site not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without obtaining parental consent.

If you receive a commercial email from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained within the email. You may also opt-out from receiving commercial emails from us by sending your request to us by email at info@clinboost.com

Please be aware that if you opt out of receiving commercial emails from us, it may take up to two weeks to process your request, and you may continue receiving promotional communications from us during that period. For Patients—Privacy Policy

Who We Are

Clin Boost (a part of New Life Clinical Research, LLC) seeks to connect you to clinical trials locations.  You may have arrived at this site because you were seeking to participate in clinical studies that investigate the latest medical treatments or because you clicked on an ad for a currently running clinical trial. The following information describes how we collect, use, and store your information.


What Information We Collect

You may have been asked to fill out a form for a potential study opportunity. Filling out the form and submitting your information is completely optional. Typically, this information constitutes your name, email, phone number, and introductory health information. 


How We Use Your Data

The information you provide will be used by Site conducting clinical trials to contact you regarding to your interest/eligibility to participate in clinical trial. Any medical/ health information you provide may also be used during pre-screening by the Site in order to determine if the study you signed up for would be a good fit. Each study has predetermined criteria that must be met in order to participate. By submitting your information, you are not officially enrolling in a study. 

Your information will be shared with our client Site conducting research. The Sites may include but not limited to clinics, hospitals. The Site is solely responsible for conducting study, Clin Boost does not screen patients for eligibility or conduct study trials. Write here briefly on how Site may use your info after your consent.  


Third Parties

We will not disclose, sell, or distribute your information to any other third parties besides our Clients without your prior agreement unless required to do so by law.

Once you are officially enrolled in a clinical trial with any of our Clients after consenting, you will be subject to the privacy policy they have in place for that particular study. 


Security

All information is stored in our HIPPA-compliant study portal that can only be accessed by designated staff members and clinic physicians related to the clinical trial. We are the sole owner of this portal and only allow partner access to our clients. We have implemented and will maintain all necessary technical, organizational, and physical security measures that are reasonably designed to help protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Your shared information with Clients will also reside on their HIPPA compliant portals that are not managed by Clin Boost. The Clients are also expected to follow national guidelines set for protecting patient data. 


Consent

By signing up, you agree to receive text messages, emails, or phone calls about listed study and similar studies from our Client(s). Text message and data rates may apply. You have the option to unsubscribe or opt out of any future communications about clinical trials if you so choose. To do so please, reach out to us to express your request that we cease communications.

By filling out the form, you state that you are the person whose name is listed on the form and that all information provided is current and correct to the best of your knowledge. If you are the parent or legal caretaker of the person interested in this trial you may enter their health information in their place and/ or your contact information.
